    🥕 Assorted Crudité Platter – A colorful display of crisp seasonal vegetables, artisanal cheeses, savory meats, and a variety of flavorful dips.
    🍑 Fresh Peach Caprese Salad – Fire-roasted peaches and creamy fresh mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze, topped with delicate chiffonade basil over tender spring mix. Served with freshly baked rolls and butter.

    Buffet Entrées
    🥩 Marinated Flank Steak – Sliced, tender steak finished with a rich bourguignon sauce of red wine, shallots, mushrooms, and fresh herbs.
    🍋 Chicken Milanese – Breaded, golden pan-seared chicken breast topped with a bright white wine lemon caper sauce.
    🧀 Four Cheese Ravioli – Pillowy ravioli filled with a blend of cheeses, topped with our house-made vodka sauce.
