We met with friends, at the Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Dinner Show in Knoxville TN, for a Birthday Party February 4th. This was everyone’s first time so we were a little slow catching on to what we should do. The hostess explained, but we remained unsure for quite awhile. It was really hard to hear and the experience would have been enhanced if the players wore microphones. The two Detectives repeated several things the others said, but it was still hard to follow. The fish and chicken were a little dry, but everything else was really good. We were unable to get to the bar after the show began because we didn’t want to interrupt and walk through the show. Wish we could have gotten to the bar by going around the outside tables, but there wasn’t room. We will come back again when a different murder mystery is scheduled because we feel it’s a fun thing to do and hopefully knowing what to expect will help us out.
