    🐟 Blackened Tilapia – An 8 oz tilapia fillet coated in our signature Cajun spice blend and seared for a smoky, spicy, and savory Louisiana-inspired flavor.
    🌱 Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan – Breaded eggplant slices fried to golden perfection, layered with rich marinara and parmesan cheese, then baked until bubbly. Served with a side of penne pasta for a hearty vegetarian favorite.
