A banquet hall with round tables, a long table with gold sequin cloth, black chairs, neatly set plates and drinks, and a large floral centerpiece; purple uplighting creates a festive atmosphere.

      • A flaky, wild-caught salmon fillet, seared with a flavorful blackened spice blend, offering a bold and smoky taste with a crispy exterior. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggie.
    • VEGETARIAN:  Vegetarian Penne Pasta
      • Al dente Gluten Free penne pasta served with leeks, broccolini and caramelized onion in a light mushroom-cashew cream sauce, creating a delightful, wholesome dish.
