Hand-breaded Chicken Breast
Buttermilk marinated chicken breast pieces, tossed in our special Midtown batter then fried to a crispy golden brown. Accompanied by house-made mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables with house-made cilantro ranch or our tangy BBQ sauce.

Braised Pork Shanks
Tender marinated pork slow roasted with aromatic herbs and finished with a rosemary spiced butter. Accompanied by a wild rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.

Pasta with Sundried Tomato-Pesto Cream
Farfalle (bow-tie) pasta tossed in an rustic pesto cream sauce with sweet sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan and finished with fresh basil and a sweet balsamic drizzle.
