DRESS CODE: Business casual/dressy casual is required unless specified. No logo/printed T-shirts, shorts, ballcaps, flip-flops, or torn clothes are permissible. Jeans are acceptable unless specified.
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age varies by location; please visit each location's FAQ page for specific details. Adult supervision is required for teenagers. No babies, toddlers, or young children are allowed to attend.
SPECIAL EFFECTS: Fake guns, loud gunshots, and brief lighting outages are used as part of the performance.
COVID-19 & VACCINATION: All ticket holders must abide by local and federal restrictions and guidelines. All ticket holders acknowledge that attending a live performance could expose them to a risk of COVID-19 exposure. All ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk.
REFUNDS/RESCHEDULING/CHANGES: Upon completing your purchase with The Dinner Detective, you agreed that all sales are final. Due to our immediate and guaranteed transactional contracts with our venues, The Dinner Detective cannot and will not offer partial or full refunds for show tickets and/or packages. The "all sales final" agreement is absolute and includes, but is not limited to, all illness (including Covid-19), injury, family emergency and trip cancellations. Should you need to reschedule and it is at least 7 days before your scheduled event, then a $20/ticket transfer fee will apply. No transfers less than 7 days before the event.
