By purchasing Dinner Detective tickets, you indicate your agreement to ALL of the following terms and conditions! Please read thoroughly! The Dinner Detective reserves the right to refuse entry to, deny service to, and/or remove from the premises any guests who do not adhere to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully and thoroughly!
DRESS CODE:
Business casual/dressy casual is required unless specified. Jeans are accepted. No logo/printed T-shirts, shorts, ball caps, flip-flops, or torn clothing.
MINIMUM AGE:
The minimum required age is 15, and adult supervision is required.
SPECIAL EFFECTS:
Fake prop guns, loud simulated gunshots, and brief lighting outages may be present at your show.
REFUND/RESCHEDULING:
All sales are final; no refunds after purchase. Rescheduling is subject to a $20 per person transfer fee. No rescheduling is allowed less than seven (7) days before the event. No meal changes are allowed less than four (4) days before the event, including at the event itself.
COVID-19 & VACCINATION:
All ticket holders must abide by local and federal restrictions and guidelines. By attending, all ticket holders acknowledge the potential risk of exposure to COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
CHECK-IN:
All seating is pre-assigned and will be communicated at the show. A valid ID and confirmation page must be presented at check-in. Tickets/seats not claimed within 45 minutes after check-in time may be forfeited.
ALCOHOL AND DISRUPTION:
OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR DRINK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED; NO EXCEPTIONS.
To-go boxes are not allowed due to health code and venue restrictions. A full bar is available at the show. Any guests who arrive intoxicated, or become disruptive or overly intoxicated during the show, may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
The Dinner Detective reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who act verbally or physically disruptive or abusive at any point during the show.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The Dinner Detective is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal or private property (including vehicles and clothing). The Dinner Detective is not liable for financial compensation (unless required by law) due to force majeure, “Acts of God,” or states of emergency declared by local, state, or federal governments.
WAIVER - ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
All guests must follow facility rules, posted instructions, and all local city, county, and state ordinances and protocols. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks of exposure to any virus, including COVID-19, and you agree to release, waive, and discharge The Dinner Detective, the host facility, its parent entities, all affiliated individuals and entities, and all individuals and entities involved in the event from all claims directly or indirectly arising from your attendance.
You will be emailed actual show tickets in 24-28 hours. If you do not receive them please check your spam folder then email us at aus.info@thedinnerdetective.com. Reservations are required.
