Rumor around the department water cooler is that Hugs was immaculately conceived when his mother smelled a cologne advertisement in a GQ magazine. It was actually Men’s Health. In his short time with the DDPD, Teddy Hugs has earned many awards and accolades, including Best Dressed, Most Charming, and Strongest Jawline. He is also the only detective to serve two consecutive terms as Mr. Fall in the Cud-able Cops Quarterly Calendar. When he isn’t planting a size 10 boot to the face of fictional crime, he’s planting a size 10 kiss to the lips of factual ladies.
