Mackawitz’s career in crime prevention started on July 7th 1996 when he was hired as the late-afternoon security guard at a hot dog processing plant in the ever dangerous Baltimore-adjacent. The Delaware Highway Patrol took notice of Mackawitz’s accomplishments when he rallied a group of hot dog security mercenaries to thwart an interstate meat smuggling operation started by a lesser known fast food franchise villain “The Weinerburglar.” After years working with the well respected and highly irrelevant Delaware Highway Patrol, Mackawitz took his talents to Southern California. Mackawitz is currently one of the most mediocre Detectives on the DD force and lives, as he always has, by this motto, “Crime is a problem… but so am I.”
