Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Dinner Detective does not offer refunds for purchases of Dinner Detective show tickets. All sales are final. This policy includes all Dinner Detective shows throughout the United States as well as individual tickets purchased through brokers. BEFORE purchasing your tickets and confirming your order, we urge you to verify the date and time of the show that you wish to see. These policies enable The Dinner Detective to guarantee seats in advance. At the time your order is placed, The Dinner Detective will remove the number of tickets that you purchase from our theater’s inventory, reducing the number of seats available for that chosen show. While this allows us to provide our customers with the benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents The Dinner Detective from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen show date.

Simply stated, once your group purchase has been completed, we do not and can not exchange or refund orders due to our locked-in costs with the venue, its managers, the food orders and the food preparation. All sales completed through The Dinner Detective are final; therefore, you are responsible for selecting the proper date and number of tickets prior to the transaction and completion of your order.
