Simply stated, once your group purchase has been completed, we do not and can not exchange or refund orders due to our locked-in costs with the venue, its managers, the food orders and the food preparation.  All sales completed through The Dinner Detective are final, therefore you are responsible for selecting the proper date and number of tickets prior to the transaction and completion of your order.
